SWEDISH MASSAGE: This technique
focuses on relaxation and stress relief. It involves a series of gentle,
gliding strokes, kneading, and tapping movements applied to the body
using oils or lotions. The goal of Swedish massage is to improve circulation,
reduce muscle tension, and promote overall well-being.
BODYBUILDING COMPETITIONS: I competed
in the National Physique Committee contest in 2010 in LA. The lights
were so bright I couldn't even see the audience cheering me. As usual
the other guys in my division were all short so I thought I won. But
the judges only wanted guys who were crazy cut up. Oh well it was still
fun which is why I do it.
